On Wednesday 22nd July we are carrying out checks and maintenance for the flats and FOG’s within the estate.
These works will take place between 8am and 5 pm. The areas around the flats and FOG’s need to be kept clear for the lorry to get as close to the buildings as possible and all access roads should be free of parked vehicles.

Work to be carried out is as follows:
1-6 Harris Way
Rainwater Goods: Check all gutters, clean and clear, repair any seals & joints. Clear all downpipes, check all brackets and mounts.
Roof line inspection: Survey roof line for any issues.
Building Specific Works: Supply and fit vent covers to side elevation where missing.
Fill hole from nesting birds.
29-39 Borden Way
Rainwater Goods: Check all gutters, clean and clear, repair any seals & joints. Clear all downpipes, check all brackets and mounts.
Roof line inspection: Survey roof line for any issues.
1-12 Chilcott Court
Rainwater Goods: Check all gutters, clean and clear, repair any seals & joints. Clear all downpipes, check all brackets and mounts.
Roof line inspection: Survey roof line for any issues.
Building Specific Works: Check coping stones for erosion of mortar. Check hole under end of valley for nesting birds and fill.
