5% Discount
If you register to receive correspondence by email and pay your account in full by the end of January you will receive a 5% discount on your annual maintenance charge.
Monthly Standing Order
You can spread the cost of your annual management charge over twelve months by setting up a monthly standing order for one year. You will need to set up a standing order each year because the annual management fee is likely to change.
Change your Standing Orders
Because the Management Company changed accountants and bank accounts in July 2022 you need to cancel any standing orders set up previously and set up a new standing order to the new bank account.

Ground Rent for Leaseholders in flats
The Management Company act as rent collectors for the freeholder of the land.
In accordance with your lease ground rent has to be paid in two equal parts in advance on 1st January and 1st July.
Ground Rent can’t be paid by monthly standing order.
Payments must be received within 21 days of the date of invoice.
The 5% discount for prompt payment does not apply to Ground Rent.
Please note that the Ground Rent is kept in a different bank account to the management fee as this money is not owned by the management company.
